Drawing Restrict. A Growing Exhibition is a reaction and counterpoint to the massive and existencethreatening restrictions that artists currently face. The theme of the exhibition is the varieties of drawing/sketching/notation: a form of cultural production that remains available even under adverse circumstances and can unfold all its facets. Invited artists are invited to send a current drawing (in the extended sense) by post. Each work will be curated upon receipt in the space. Thus the exhibition grows as a dynamic process until it develops into a proliferating installation that documents and maps the present during the crisis in a diarylike manner.
